Faheem Ahmad Qureshi received B.Eng. and MSc degree in electrical engineering from Pakistan in 2015 and 2019 respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. at the Nimbus Research Centre, Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland. He has been an IEEE student member since 2012 and had also served in leading roles in IEEE Institue Chapter. He is an engineering professional with a unique perspective of both the industry and academic/research experience. He served in the industry as a Solar Engineer for three years followed by research experience of three years along with one year of teaching. His research interest includes Software Defined Networks, Smart Grid, cybersecurity, solar PV systems, and renewable energy systems.
